Procedure for Payments

Before payments are effected, a well-spelt out payment schedule will be available on our website and will also be announced through the media for information and strict compliance.
IMPORTANT! All payments of student allowances stand forfeited if the beneficiaries fail to collect their money at the end of the prevailing exercise (Click on Schedule of Events)  as the same unclaimed allowances shall be return to the State Government treasury.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PAYMENTS
Before payments, students must produce to the Schedule Officers the Original copies of the following documents for sighting.


For New Students
i.    Admission Letter
ii.    School fees Registration Receipt and Bank Teller
iii.    School Identity Card
iv.    Indigene Certificate
b.    For returning Students
i.    Periodic signed Scholarship Award Letter
ii.    School fees Registration Receipt and Bank Teller
iii.    School Identity Card
iv.    Indigene Certificate

a.    ON-LINE APPLICATION
All Nasarawa State Indigenes who secured Admission, paid school fees, registered with their respective departments and currently as students in Tertiary Institutions in the country are eligible to apply. For now, Students can buy scratch card at the rate of four hundred Naira (N400.00) only from the following four branches of First Bank PLC: Lafia Branch, Karu Branch, Maraba Branch and  Keffi Branch. Screning / Interview

The Screening/interview shall take place at three designated places within the three Senatorial zones of the State. I.e. Lafia Zone, Akwanga Zone and Keffi Zone.
SCHEDULE OF INTERVIEWS
 The schedule for interviews shall be made known to applicants through the Board’s website, facebook page  and announcements through the Radio and Television.  I.e. Dates, time and venues  
NOTE: That, Students shall attend the interview/screening with the Original Copies of their Credentials. However, where an applicant’s identity is doubted, the applicant is required to bring his/her father/guardian and or a reputable person or concrete evidence that would prove to the Board that the applicant is a bonafide indigene of the state.
